Digital Products & Refund Policy
All digital products are digital downloads only unless otherwise stated. No physical product will be shipped. This includes e-books, guides, planners, workbooks, templates, checklists, business resources, cake templates, printable files, digital graphics, calendars, cake topper templates, and other downloadable materials.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and customers may receive immediate access after purchase, all digital product sales are final and nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law.
Customers should review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If there is a technical issue accessing a digital purchase, they can contact Kouturee for assistance.
Digital Product Delivery
Digital products will be delivered electronically using the email address or customer information provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address. Kouturee is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, spam filters, lost login information, internet connection issues, or device compatibility.
If there is a legitimate access issue, the customer may contact Kouturee for help.
Personal Use & Intellectual Property
All digital products, e-books, planners, templates, graphics, guides, website content, and other resources remain the intellectual property of Kouturee unless otherwise stated.
Products are for personal or internal business use only.
Customers may not:
Resell products
Redistribute files
Share download links
Share purchased files with others
Upload products to another website or marketplace
Repackage Kouturee content and sell it as their own
Copy substantial portions of products into another paid product
Claim Kouturee materials, designs, or written content as their own
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership, copyright, or resale rights.
Duplicate Purchases
If someone accidentally purchases the exact same digital product more than once, they should contact Kouturee within 24 hours.
After verification, Kouturee may offer store credit or another digital product of comparable value. A cash refund is not guaranteed.
Coaching, Mentorship & Strategy Calls
Kouturee may offer:
30-Minute Strategy Calls
45-Minute Business Coaching Sessions
Baker Breakthrough Sessions
Private mentorship or coaching
Other business education or consulting services
All coaching, mentorship, consultations, and strategy sessions are educational and advisory services.
All coaching, mentorship, and strategy service purchases are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law.
Once a session is purchased and scheduled, time is reserved specifically for that client.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients should contact Kouturee as soon as possible if they need to reschedule.
Clients may request to reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled session.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be denied and may require the client to purchase a new session.
No-shows are nonrefundable and will not automatically be rescheduled.
If Kouturee must cancel or reschedule, another available appointment will be offered.
Late Arrivals
Clients are responsible for arriving on time.
If a client is late, the session may still end at the original scheduled ending time. Additional time is not guaranteed.
Clients who are significantly late may be considered a no-show.
No Income or Business Results Guarantee
Kouturee provides coaching, mentorship, resources, strategies, and recommendations based on experience and professional knowledge.
Kouturee does not guarantee any specific:
Income
Sales
Profit
Customers
Bookings
Followers
Social media growth
Viral content
Website traffic
Revenue
Business growth
Product launch results
Results depend on the individual’s effort, implementation, experience, market, pricing, audience, consistency, and business decisions.
Testimonials, examples, screenshots, or past results are for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee that another person will receive the same results.
